Installed a Kinetico Premier Compact water softener in Kings Lynn. House was a new build so all the pipework has been done in Xpress Pressfit fittings as the house had been plumbed using Pressfit fittings.

Stripped all the pipework out and fitted a Kinetico Premier Compact XP block salt water softener on new neatly clipped pipework and service valves which now supplies lovely softened water and no more marks in the showers.

Coronavirus Update

Following the latest Government announcement Aquastream Water Softeners Ltd are now operating a restricted service.

All installation and service works have been cancelled until further notice.

We are still delivering salt, dispatching filter cartridges and spare parts.

We are still operating a telephone support and an emergency service to our customers.

Warning to all Aquastream Water Softener Ltd customers over the last few months we have received numerous call outs to water softeners where customers have been complaining of either dirty scum floating on the water inside their water softeners or the water softener has stopped working.

The cause of this is the use of Sea Salt water softener tablet and block salt sold by numerous salt selling companies and garden centers and even a milk delivery company.

The pictures are of the 25Kg bags of tablet salt and the 8Kg packet of block salt these products are sea salt and we strongly advise you do not use them or if you are using them to stop. The other picture shows a salt tank where they have been using the 25Kg tablet salt shown in the picture and has caused their water softener to overflow and an expensive repair bill to have it removed and cleaned out.

We recommend using either Aquasol, Hydrosoft, or Broste 25Kg bags of tablet salt or Kinetico, Harveys,& Aquasol 8Kg packets of block salt. All these products conform and show the purity 99,93% and where they are produced.

We are now open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 for salt collections
