Kia Ora e te Iwi… It is with great honor to announce that I, alongside 25 other Kaihaka, have been chosen to Represent Aotearoa and Te Ao Maori, IN TAIWAN this coming October, with te Kapahaka roopu o.... NGA MAURI TANIWHA KI UTA..

We will be traveling to Taiwan to participate in the Nan Ying International Folklore Indigenous Festival this year in October 2024 performing 11 shows over 15 days...

I am happy to announce that today my niece Destiny Williams and my nephew Trey, who absolutely love kapahaka, have been chosen also to come along and perform with us... This is an amazing opportunity for not only them, but for other rangatahi who look up to them and would want to one day venture out into the big world....obviously this trip comes at a significant cost, which is why I am making this call out to all of my friends and family who maybe able to help??? how can you help you may ask???

Tēnā koutou katoa .... Hāngi & Kai got invited to an awesome Fundraiser event yesterday , too help raise funds for a local Raglan Surfer Billy Stairmand he's heading to Teahupoo in Tahiti - Paris Olympics 2024 . Everyone pulled together and managed too raise around $5,550 . As well as a few signed rugby balls by The All Blacks and also a All Blacks Jersey from Josh Kronfeld. And a few Donations from people present on the day , Was good to sit and listen to The All Blacks history , and to hear talks from other great Rugby player's . Hāngi & Kai gave a small donation as well , too help with the Hikoi/journey and this is the reason why we do what we do , to help others when we can with what ever it maybe . Weather it’s free Hāngis for our kaumātua/Elderly or a donation to many more things , nga mihi again everyone for supporting us on our Hikoi/journey with many more things to come....
