We've opened applications for the next Cambridge Hub committee! This is a super exciting opportunity to get involved with the running and shaping of one of our flagship programmes The Cambridge Carbon Literacy Project! We are looking for students that are interested in giving Cambridge university students the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge regarding how we all can make a difference when it comes to enviromental action.

A massive congratulations to the 42 new Carbon Literate students at the university! We took part in the The Carbon Literacy Project Action day coinciding with the first day of COP26, and join over 450 people trained that Monday in the biggest single day of training to date 🎉

Engage for Change Applications for the Michaelmas term are now OPEN!

Looking for something your course doesn’t offer? Engage for Change is a programme that gives you opportunities to gain experience in the world of environmental change-making, whilst improving your leadership and personal development skills.

Interviews will be rolling from the 20th of September up until we reach capacity, so apply quickly! Visit our website to see our application pack with tips for the application and the interview.

After half a year we have over 90 carbon literate students at the University, and that number is going to keep growing! There were some amazing and really impactful pledges made this term, and we can't wait to see them put into action. Massive thank you to the 40 students who attended the first ever round of Carbon Literacy training in Cambridge over the last week! From carbon footprints to climate equality to communicating the climate crisis to action at Cambridge, it was great to see everyone so engaged with all the topics we covered. Keep those pledges coming in, and lets smash them 💪
