If you can imagine a melted down chocolate bar with hints of nuts, caramel and a zing of citrus. Partner this with the silky smooth mouth feel and you will have a flavour similar to our new Brigadeiro.

Our Brazil is layered with vibrant flavour notes of milk chocolate and toasted hazelnut but also distinguishable fruit characteristics which have been drawn out by the increased fermentation, this gives it a profile that you may not find in classic Brazilian beans.

Our Brigadeiro comes from a family run farm has been producing high quality coffee with unique qualities since 2003 and is a part of the Mata Atlantica project showing their commitment to the survival of the rainforest.

Our 15KG Giesen roaster is a perfect companion to our Vittoria in the roastery, designed for precision and versatility.
