At this time of year, we are often bombarded to make resolutions but anytime of the year is an opportunity to make changes and create something new. This could be a realisation; having an awareness of a need for change; a lightbulb moment or maybe life throwing you a curveball? When something inside us calls for our attention, it is a seed to be nurtured and sometimes we do not have the tools and cannot make the changes we want on our own and we need help.
