Over 12months off this 😢 and now it's time to get my summer body back, keep an eye on my before pictures coming soon 😭 I think I am pretty much where I started in 2020, but I know I will be back to where I was happy in 2021 by the summer 💪 💯

Had 2 and half months off dieting and working out but this was my 1st week back and 3lb off 💪 work hard at it again to have Christmas off 🎄

Wow put this top on today and it fell down 😂 left today and right last August, don't see the difference when I look in the mirror till I see in the pictures how far I have come ❤️

So pleased with my self 💪

Feeling good this morning, 4 weeks in the gym and 2 weeks of running done today, and I am the lightest I have been for years, but so much healthier and look better for it 😍 herbalife has changed me totally I eat more, train more and drink more I would never ever do that before, I lost weight before but lost so much to quick due to be ill from a breakdown but I looked ill this time I look healthy and couldn't be happier ❤️ message me if you would like info on herbalife and I will help you change your lifestyle for the better 👍

I did it 🎉 smashed my weight loss and got my supervisor with in my herbalife journey, I have enjoyed doing this so much I have dropped 3 dress sizes and lost 2 stone since October 2020. The group of lovely ladies are there everyday to help on the down days and the up days. If anyone wants to come on this journey with me please DM me it's brilliant trust me 😍

This lovely lady has smashed her FIRST STONE!!!

Really pleased with how much my body has changed, I was really squeezing into them leggings before 🙈 another challenge completed in time for Easter 😍 and I hit my goal, I love how much the products have made me feel mentally and physically I will never stop having them now ❤️

1 for how much I lost and for actually sticking to something, but it's really helped how much I love the plan. And for the motivation that the group of lovely girls give me on the groups, we all push each other, make each other laugh and support with great ideas 😍 I feel great mind and body ❤️

🎉 started on 15th October at 10 stone 9 a size 14 and today weighed 8 stone 13 a size 8 🤗

So happy I got into the bracket I want to be in now 🤗🎉 only a few lbs to go then it's to maintain ❤️

Another goal completed ❤️ Shane bought me these jeans for Christmas and I couldn't do them up and were tight on my legs, now I have to pull them up 🙈🤣

This week has been a good one started a new 10day challenge and lost 3lb 😁 it's been a while since loosing that amount in a short time because I am near my goal, but this challenge is brilliant, if anyone would like to join me in the next one give me a message. 💪
