Cheslyn Building Contractors are excited to share the progress of our current project in Sutton Coldfield, which began in June and is on track to be completed in a timely manner.

Our team has meticulously constructed the brickwork up to the wallplate, successfully completing the majority of demolition and steelwork. This efficient pace has allowed us to plan for the reconstruction of this Victorian property ahead of schedule, with a focus on achieving water-tight status swiftly.

In the upcoming weeks, we will be focusing on finalising drainage works, installing the roof, restoring the original heating system, completing initial carpentry fixes, and finishing any remaining demolition tasks, according to our carefully planned timeline.

In this case, the project in Ranton that started with a spacious detached garage, expanded into the redevelopment and extension of the existing cottage dwelling. The completion images from the recent site visit truly showcase the incredible effort from the team at Cheslyn Building Contractors.
