Iβve had the pleasure of Working with Charlotte for four months in one-to-one sessions and two months of online coaching and what a difference sheβs made!!
Her consistency throughout the six months was exactly the type of commitment needed when wanting to make a change!
Charlottes goals when starting out were to lose some weight ( around 5kg ), tone up, mostly targeting her arms and stomach region, and to get a better understanding of fitness/how to use the equipment correctly.
I think we can all see she has gone above & Beyond and is looking absolutely amazing! π€©

I prep my meals for the week and I always make sure to have a good mix of protein, carbs and fats in my diet.
Itβs important to be able to recognise when youβre falling off track, and it may be hard to get back into the swing of things. Think of food as your fuel and you use it to keep your body healthy and happy!

Working with Leah over the last 7 weeks has been an absolute blessing, sheβs being so consistent with all her workouts, food and general attitude towards learning. Iβm sure throughout the last few months many of you have got much more out of your workouts the just breaking a sweat.
It could be a stress reliever from a busy day sat at your desk, or even a pick me up from having a few too many days binge watching Netflix! π€₯
Whatever it was for you just know moving your body everyday is all going to help with your mind, mood and attitude! π₯°
This lockdown has been about being happy and active, communication, and trying to stay sane! π
Although this reason is small; the one thing that kept me motivated in moving my body was walking to the coffee shop for a strong cappuccino and an occasional slice of cake!
I have definitely had some days where I struggled with motivation, but weβre almost back at our gyms, giving me this new and refreshed burst of excitement in my life! π
I hope everyoneβs had a great week and is excited to get back into more of a normal routine!
