A client came to us having already got planning permission for a two storey rear extension to their home.
They were not 100% happy with the approved design so Manse Designs Ltd helped to get approval for some slight changes to the approved design. Following on from the approval we continued with the working set of drawings to be granted approval from Building Control.

Manse Designs Ltd helped to achieve planning and building control approval for a loft conversion in River, Kent.
With the family growing in size the project was to convert the loft space into an extra bedroom with en-suite. This was accomplished with the design and construction of a rear dormer to the roof slope.

It was lovely to go and see the finished extensions that Manse Designs Ltd helped gain planning permission for on a bungalow in Walmer, Kent.
The project was to extend the kitchen which could then include a dining area. The side extension allowed for a separate W/C closer to the living area.
