it is with great sadness that we announce its closure.
opening in our generation’s most difficult economic and in a post-covid & brexit damaged hospitality landscape was always going to be a challenge, and now the issues of rising costs and staff recruitment, which have hit so many other local indies, combined with failed attempts to obtain much needed amended licensing as well as a year’s long legal battle to take sole control to enable adequate investment and restructuring I have been left with no other options.
thank you to our much valued guests who returned again and again or sought us out as their go to celebration, date night or vacay restaurant and who left such glowing reviews about our steaks, our (frankly incredible) cocktails and our heartfelt service.
