Introducing our new Family Solicitor Neve Chacksfield …

Neve is a recently qualified solicitor who specialises in Family Law, dealing with all areas of divorce, financial issues and children matters. She adopts a personal approach, taking time to build relationships with her clients and guide them through some very challenging, and often distressing, periods of their life. Neve also deals with TOLATA 1996 cases and Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements.

She graduated with a LLB Law Degree from Anglia Ruskin University in 2019 and obtained a distinction in her Masters in Law and the Legal Practice Course in 2020. Neve completed her Training Contract in a regional firm in Surrey, and qualified as a solicitor on 1st January 2023.
