Our umpires left with a solid understanding of what is required of them, and how important they are to the game, as well as the confidence to start building on what they've learned.

This is a bespoke course that covers a blend of IO and C award techniques, so is the perfect introduction to all things umpiring!

Learning will be through a blended approach, split to be delivered partly online and partly in person. There will be two 2 hour online evening sessions, followed by one half day practical session. All sessions must be attended to fully benefit from the course.

This course is open to all regular players of the game, but a basic understanding of the game is essential. If you’re not sure if this is you, please do get in touch and we will be happy to advise!

June’s session is focusing on the movements and skills needed to provide options to the ball carrier, under the netball principle of ‘Feinting and Providing Options’.

This session is open to all regular players of the game and are especially useful for team units to attend, or individual players looking to improve their netball skills. We will always endeavour to put team units together during the session to maximise the training opportunities, so bring your team mates!

£6 for the full 2 hours, at the beautiful venue of Kent Sport’s Tennis Centre, Kent Uni, Canterbury.
