Back to school bedtime routine 💤

Next week, schools start to go back. We all know how hard it can be to get the little ones back into a good sleep routine.

So here are five tips on what can be done to get back into a good sleep routine

1∙ Get active more during the day - Falling asleep is always easier when you have less energy stored up from the day.

2∙ Do not nap before bed - Your body will adjust to the routine, so it will be easier to fall asleep if you haven't napped during the day.

3∙ No electronics before—The bright lights given off by screens will make it harder for you to fall asleep, so try to stay away from them within the last hour before bed.

4∙ Keep cool—When your body is too hot, it can also be harder to fall asleep. Check out our previous post for tips on keeping your bedroom cool this summer.

5∙ Create a bedtime routine and stick with it - Doing things such as reading before bed can be incorporated into a bedtime routine.
