I believe that cakes should not only look amazing but must taste amazing too. Having spent many hours as a labour of love baking cakes for my children and family, the feedback I received was as much to do with how nice the cakes tasted as well as how they looked.
With a new found confidence of baking I took it upon myself to develop my cake range with an array of tastes, using the best ingredients I could find locally. However, my creative side felt neglected somewhat so I embarked on research and the testing of many cakes to perfect the look and feel of my cakes also. From delicate flower creations and model making, to colour perfecting and an eye for detail, I created a brand of clean and well thought out designs for my cakes.
I now create celebration, wedding and also tea-room favourite cakes and cupcakes with a personal touch. You won’t find a hard sell from me, after all, the cake is for you and working closely together with a combination of your idea and my expertise, the cake to fit your occasion can easily become reality.
