A white and blue cheese ready to be eaten whilst watching England v Scotland tomorrow. With Stichelton, they say at the dairy that it is interesting to taste the different parts of the cheese separately: the plain white part, the creamy part just next to the blue, the blue itself, the creamy part just under the rind, sometimes with amber beads of nectar and a little of the tasty soft rind. This is so indulgent you might find it difficult to concentrate! Better save it for after the match.
