We are running a 6 week para dance programme for wheelchair users in Cardiff in January! Come along to try out para dance sport, and lots more.

Recycling bags and food waste bags are available to be collected from the centre on Mondays 11am to 2pm, Tuesdays 1:30pm to 3:30pm and Fridays 10am to 3pm.

Feel free to pop in and pick them up between these times.

*** Christmas Grotto Update ***

Our Christmas Grotto is now fully booked.

We thank everyone for their support and can’t wait to welcome you all to the event.

For attendees, payments need to be sent via the details provided by 6pm on Sunday 22nd November (tomorrow). We will be issuing guidelines in the near future for how the event will run and expectations from attendees.

We are looking forward to our very first FamFit Sessions this Saturday Mynachdy Community Centre. First sessions are FREE.

To make it easier to sign up, we have provided Eventbrite links below for you to secure your place. Thank you to everyone who has already signed up 😀

We have had a few enquiries about adult classes, and depending on interest, we would be delighted to offer sessions in the near future! 🥊

Due to the current ongoing situations relating to COVID19, we have taken the decision to indefinitely suspended our over 50s social club (Tuesday afternoon) in the best interests of everyone’s health.

Rest assured this is a decision that we have taken with everyone’s best interests at the forefront.
