So happy to let you all know that on top of my yoga, massage and reiki, Iām now offering Ayurvedic facials.
It felt so aligned with yoga and my mission of detoxifying beauty products, itās a long story but very simply put a previous baby massage mother came to me as she was going through an awful situation and just wanted a bit of self care. I looked into so many methods but felt like Ayurvedic facials were so much more than just a facial, theyāre an ancient tradition, contain 0 toxins so safe to use on absolute anybody including pregnant mothers and anyone going through cancer treatment.
It doesnāt matter whether youāre going through something life changing or quite simply want to learn more about Ayurveda and how amazing it is for your body, skin and soul.
I will let you know more about the individual treatments over the next few weeks and you can always ask me any questions but if you want to book in for a treatment the link is above.

I didnāt post this pic before because of my wrinkly tummy, but after seeing a post by after I wrote my last post about my uncomfortableness of having my picture taken I took it as a sign.
Social media is horrendous for young women now but in the 90ās 00ās women were openly shamed for their weight. Victoria Beckham was made to weigh herself on a talk show after having her baby to prove she was back to her pre baby weight! No wonder weāre all so aware of what we look like, we watched very thin women being shamed about their weight! Back then it wasnāt even questioned when this happened?
So I grew two huge babies and this picture is beautiful. Yoga to me is so much more than being a size zero who can do the perfect fallen angel pose.
For me yoga is about being inclusive regardless of age or size, healing through movement, stilling my mind, embodying kindness and showing my children you can go after your dreams.
Our children copy us and if getting my wrinkly stomach out means from a young age my children intuitively joined in with my yoga practice then you might see a little more of this tummy. (Maybeā¦)
I would love to share my soul with you to understand my journey and whyā¦
But everytime I go to post I hold back, maybe itās the inner secretive Scorpio in me or maybe Iām comfier sharing a bit at a time. So bare with me the last few months have been a rollercoaster and finally everythingās falling into place š
In the meantime hereās a random pic of me doing yoga, honestly I really am a yoga teacher. If your a 90ās child you probably understand the uncomfortableness with having your pic taken š

Honestly if i canāt get my head straight, if Iām overwhelmed with the list of things I have to do. I start doing yoga and within 20 minutes Iāve made the calls I was avoiding, written a plan for the rest of my day, the list goes on.
There are 8 limbs in yoga and only one of them is asanas (poses) there is so so much more to it, so donāt worry if all you do is lie in childs pose, taking deep breaths maybe thatās just what your body needs today xx

I love journaling, a really good way to start is with the new and full moons, a way to release and set intentions monthly.
Today weāre moving into a lunar eclipse, itās a big wake cosmic wake up. Libra is all about balance and relationships, the lunar eclipse is going to highlight more than ever where harmony is needed in our relationships. Itās also the sign of beauty and creativity, so maybe this evening make a warm drink, do something creative and ponder over these prompts.
How does your garden of love look?
Where have you lost yourself?
Who has raised your vibration?
What do you want when youāre alone? When thereās no judgements?
We teach people how to treat us, we ignore things that could disrupt our peace. We arenāt always taught that weāre worthy or how to be treated, for some people itās a continuous journey learning our worth.
Forgive yourself and others for all the ways youāve been treated negatively, this is the moon to let go. This is how we heal, we see, we donāt ignore the truth and we let go. This is the biggest lesson of this eclipse in Libra.
Look back to September/October 2023 when there was a big eclipse.
Has anything come to life that you were hoping for back then?
Has anything fallen away?
Where do you want to be in 6 months time?
(I found my gratitude list from back then and it was cute ā¤ļø)
As usual Iām late to the party, but Iāve been quietly enjoying and taking in others words from International Womenās day.
Thereās so much I could say about womenās day, Iāll try sum it up. in my little lifetime Iāve seen the damage done to the feminine. Why do I say feminine not women? We all have feminine aspects regardless of gender, unfortunately most who are affected are women.
Raising two boys I see where femininity is dampened in them, the phrase donāt be so sensitive is still heard, what if the feminine quality of sensitivity could actually be a superpower?
We need to raise the feminine, no more competition just total appreciation that the feminine is just as important for the world as masculine traits. I mean the planet we live on is literally called Mother Earth?
Would there be as many wars if full embodied females were in charge?
How beautiful would this world be if we were all equal and could live in harmony.
Iām shouting out to all the women in my life, the amazing people they are; The ones I see most days and the ones I donāt get too see enough.
To the women making waves for the future. My grandma had artwork displayed in a gallery in London but she had to have a manās name on it. I know itās not like this anymore but when you look around the world it still exists, countries where girls arenāt aloud to go into education.
My clients, the mother with her high powered job taking two weeks off to rest, the role model she is to her children? The women who left a well paid corporate career to retrain in helping others and the women who are going through the most challenging time and still waking up in the night for their child. (This is just my clients in the last fortnight!)
Remember when I said I was going to keep this short!
(I wrote this sat by the river thinking about what IWD means to me, no spell or grammar checks so I apologise in advance. If thereās a day a female can just speak from the heart surely IWD is it? )
Continued in commentsā¦.

Iām rebranding and if Iām brave will change my business name, Wildflowers and Wildlings has been my baby business for eight years now, but Iāve evolved and grown and so has my offerings.
I was attempting to run two businesses then realised that actually they go together; yoga and meditation is as healing as a lymphatic facial, quite a few of my new offerings enter-twine the two modalities. With two small children trying to run two things separately is just unnecessary stress. All I talk about is taking stress out of our lives so Iām simplifying, no new fancy business name just the one I was born with.
So before I change it all Iāll let you get used to it and start introducing all my new offerings. This page will be offering my yoga, holistic therapies and beauty, so itās all in one place. My new yoga and beauty studio is based all in the same building at the beautiful in Pontcanna.
A website is in the making, you can currently book beauty/therapies through website, the yoga one is so nearly done, hopefully by this weekend.
Thanks as always for the constant support, I wouldnāt be here without you all and knowing I have helped so many makes it worth it š
Happy Christmas from my family to yours ā¤ļø
(Yes thatās the best out of all the ones I took!)
Thank you for still supporting me after a huge hiatus, 2023 did not go to plan work wise but it did mean I had extra time with my little boys and have really worked out what Iāll be offering in the future. Some things donāt go to plan so better things can happen āØ
Enjoy the food, family time and fresh air. (Donāt worry about the āperfectā photos or the extra few pounds!)
See you in 2024

Hope to see you there xx
8 months later and Iām fully qualified Yoga teacher š§
Itās been an emotional rollercoaster, the last weekend absolutely cracked me openā¦
So grateful to have been on this journey, itās never too late to chase dreams.
Canāt wait to see whatās next, one things for sure Iāll be unapologetically me, weāre so conditioned by life that I think we can forget who we are along the way. I really learnt from this amazing group of women to embody yourself wholeheartedly ā¤ļø
Thank you xx
How can something so exciting be so scary?
Iāve been putting off planning my final yoga assessment practice for weeks. I havenāt talked about it much on here as itās been a process but in 2 weeks time I will be 300 YT qualified and yet I canāt sit down and just plan this session. Iāve planned a million for when I actually start teaching but not this one.
Maybe the procrastination is nothing to do with anything other than the simple thought that this journey is over (and a little tracking fear of course).
I still canāt do a handstand but I think Iāve learnt so much more. Iāve read books Iād never thought Iād read back to back, Iāve learnt complete acceptance, Iāve seen compassion for all is the only way forward, Iāve forgiven myself for things that were never in my control, Iāve quit dieting after a good 30 years, Iāve let go of any labels and Iāve healed sister wounds sat amongst an amazing group of women.
Iāve learnt love and duality is probably the most important part of life, with the sadness this aspect of my journey is coming to an end is a happiness that I have actually let go of any self doubt and made it to the end š
Whoās excited to see what these are going to turn into?
Oh yeah and Iāve started doing flowers a few mornings a weekā¦ why?
Because life throws us curveballs and sometimes they turn out really well. I started doing my beauty business from home which meant I donāt have the space to make my jewellery at the moment.
Anyone whoās followed me for a while knows making jewellery was my zen time, itās like a mindful meditation for me. Last winter I helped out doing a few flowers and it gave me exactly the same zen feeling.
So when an opportunity came up to do some floristry with a friend that I can fit around work and children it seemed like divine timingā¦.
Sometimes you just have to let the universe do its thing and trust itās all going to work out perfectly šø
I would fly around the universe just to see you smile š¤
Please tell me Iām not the only one who gets sad about their children going back to school?
Massages are such an integral part of a postnatal journey in so many countries, itās so good to be bringing this to our mum and baby retreats.
I can vouch for Rose and her massages, honestly feels like a weights been lifted, your so lucky that sheās a part of the retreats š¤
Still a few spaces left for our postnatal retreat next Friday. Link to book in my bio xx
Perranporth you were short and sweet, youāre still the only place Iād live in England š¤
When you feel like your van+family are the next Wizard in Oz itās time to move on.
Itās weird that sometimes letting go is actually the strongest thing to do!? (tell that to my stubborn streak)
Rose, Mel and I are so excited to be bringing this to you, it really will be the most beautiful day. I honestly wish thereād be something like this around when I had a small baby, this is our vision to create a day you feel truly held, pampered, nourished and connected.
This will be a day local to you where you will just be able to get a bit of āyouā time.
A time where you & your baby can step away from the everyday life where you will be completely held and nurtured so that you can reset. Treating yourself to a bit of self love and self care through delicious foods, nourishing activities and wholesome chats to recharge you completely.
A place where you can come together with other parents/ guardians on the same journey as you and find that comforting energy and support through community.
A place where you and your baby can simply land and just be, you can do as much or as little as you likeā¦all that matters to us is that you walk out feeling full, blissful and feeling your best self!
We all know what it is like to have little ones and here every situation is welcome, postnatal life can be beautifully unpredictable and whatever the weather for you, you are welcome with big wide open arms, weāve got you. Whether baby needs feeding, changing, a cuddle or mum just needs to rest, that is okay and there is space for it all.
Come along, come treat yourself and your little one and join us!
What a way to spend your Friday.

Throwback to a happy place, got some ideas for craft and yoga swirling around in our brains at the moment. I think sometimes I love talking about the ideas as much as I love doing them š
Weāve got a few coming up just trying to find the perfect spaces for them, I always wished there was these events around for me.
I guess thatās the driver behind it, I have so many passions I canāt concentrate on one and Iām pretty sure Iām not the only one?
If thereās anything youād love to do let me know and weāll see what we can do š¤
Do you ever read something and the essence of it just lingers, this was one of those pieces for meā¦
Thereās so much chaos in the world but thereās so many beautiful moments too if we can just take a moment to see them š¤
