A break was needed, but back home now and putting a few themes together for further study and teaching. Narcissistic people don’t take responsibility for their actions, ever. It’s always someone else’s fault. They don’t concede ANYTHING. There is NEVER a retreat, gradually or otherwise. So, they SNAP in an unpredictable way and this is when the grandiosity, aggression and rage step up. Become more aware of those around you, become more aware of yourself - choose wisely, trust yourself. “Avoid the suffering yet to come”
Don’t disregard your own warning signals or your gut instinct. Don’t repeatedly run into the same brick wall and bruise yourself. Don’t try for years to remove an immovable wall. Try taking a different direction. Try seeing people for what they are, and not what you want them to be. You can trust your own perceptions, don’t be persuaded otherwise. Have a great day!
It can be tough recovering from COVID, no energy and constant fatigue. This can also be true if people suffering haemochromatosis, or unbound iron, and I am one of those suffering this peculiar Celtic Curse. Building up my headstand practice again after losing confidence following a fall from tripod headstand quite a while ago. Small steps eh? Nothing to prove but my enjoyment of inversion practices at 62. Never too late for ANYTHING!
