❤️ From one harbour to another, Cuppy is off on a trip this weekend! But can you tell us where?

⛺️ Planning on waking up outside somewhere this weekend? Whether you’ll be in a tent in a festival field or a bivvy bag on the side of a mountain, good coffee is a must!

On the 3rd of August 2024, 7 members of the Hard Lines Run Club set off to cover 270km across 48 checkpoints with over 7000m of climbing. Starting in Llanberis in North Wales and finishing at our cafe in Canton, Cardiff.

It was an idea born out of adventure, teamwork and friendship. Ascending mountains, navigating lakes and negotiating fields. Taking on road and trail we got to see some of the best, that our country, Wales has to offer.

We all landed safely back in Cardiff, South Wales on Sunday evening after over 30 hours of running, shuffling, walking and sometimes even climbing. Feeling buoyant and that we really did achieve something special.

Running can be ugly but this was simply beautiful.

🏃🏼‍♀️Join and the Hard Lines Run Club as we hit the beautiful trails around our Roastery in Gwaelod Y Garth, Cardiff.

You’ll have the opportunity to test out NNormal’s latest models, including the Tomir 2.0 on some of the best trails in south Wales.

Meet us between 18:00-18:30 to lace up, as we’ll be hitting the trails at 18:30.

We’ll embark on a social 8km trail run and then reconvene at the roastery for some beers and refreshments.

🥰A fantastic day yesterday at the World of Coffee in Copenhagen.

We brewed up some tasty beans with the team, caught up with friends and met plenty of new ones. Great to see everyone take so well to all our cuppy key rings and stickers!

A hard days work all washed down with some wonderful wine on the water with the team doing a great job keeping us well fed and watered.

We won’t be at the festival today as we head to take in some Copenhagen culture but if you do find yourself there head to to enjoy some of our delicious coffee with some creamy alternative milk!

🌟One whole year in the making!

Throughout the past year, we embarked on a journey with climate action charity to produce a coffee release that championed recyclable and sustainable packaging, holistically in line with the coffee it housed and the cause it supported.

This experience has been incredibly enlightening, allowing us to gain valuable insights from our partners and peers, and thoroughly delve into sustainable packaging challenges.

Our partnership with was instrumental, as they provided support with Extract, a forest-friendly stock made from recycled coffee cups for the outer packaging. We consciously chose to forgo unnecessary stickers or extra information and instead used the packaging to convey the project’s message.

For the coffee pouch itself, we opted for recyclable paper, lined with an alcohol-based barrier. While this decision meant the bags were not resealable, we believed it was a compromise worth making to prioritise sustainability.

We are truly thankful for the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the Wampis Nation’s cause.
