Sustainability in Healthcare is a newly formed society looking to raise awareness around everyday environmental issues we encounter in the field of healthcare, and promote ways in which we could develop more sustainable practice.

The health effects of climate change are likely to be among the most pressing issues future healthcare providers will face globally. Providing a society that explores these issues allows students to gain a greater understanding of the problems they may face in future practice, and give them opportunities to contribute to change.

Our Society provides a platform for students to come together and address a variety of sustainability issues. We collaborate with the university, and the wider society to bring to you monthly guest speaker talks and social events.

Stay tuned for updates about upcoming events and speakers!
