It’s now just over 7 weeks until our Winter Wanderlust race, where we’ll be lighting up the Kent trails with festive spirit – and we need your help to make this a truly unforgettable event!

We’re still looking for some more amazing volunteers to bring some festive cheer to our runners on 22nd December. It’s the perfect opportunity to be part of this epic event, while giving back to the running community!

What are we looking for:

🧝 Checkpoint Elves to keep our runners fueled and festive!
❄️ Santa’s Little Sweepers to help keep the trail merry and clear.
✨ Mrs Claus Course Markers to guide our runners along the trail.
🎁 Merry Marshals to cheer and support along the route.

Fantastic morning at the Runaround Kent - Ranscombe community run. We were treated to a glorious autumn morning and some perfect trail conditions.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, it was amazing to see so many new and regular faces.

I absolutely love these community runs. It’s been fantastic to bring runners of all backgrounds together in a safe and friendly environment and enjoy the great trails Kent has to offer.

We’ve always tried to put on our races in as sustainable a way as we can, but an area we’ve never been entirely comfortable with is the use of red and white barrier tape to mark the course.

Whilst it was necessary for us to do in these early races, the single use nature, risk to wildlife and possibility of locals removing them, has always made finding something more sustainable our top priority.

Delighted we now have fully customisable and reusable event ribbons that not only look smart, but also deliver on our drive to be more sustainable.

A massive thanks to the who helped make this possible through their race organisers grant scheme. This is such a great way to support event organisers.

Our new custom ribbons will be used at all future events, starting with the Winter Wanderlust in December.

Amazing news today as it’s been officially confirmed that our Three Castles 50km has been awarded a 2024 Gold Star Award by after only its first year.

Not only was this the first edition of the race, but it was our first ever race, so to say we are incredibly pleased is an understatement!

it’s been amazing seeing all the positive feedback from runners and we cannot thank you enough for the kind words shared directly and/or through racecheck. 🙏🏻

For anyone looking to run this race in 2025, we will be back, bigger and better on the 31st May! We have already had nearly 200 people sign up to date, so if you’d like to join us, I wouldn’t wait too long.
