a little housing estate we did over 20 years ago in 2003, consisting of 6 x 5 bed, 4 story houses and 5 x 4 bed 3 story houses. These houses were sold for over a million pound back then!!! 🏠

New project just started - office conversion into 18 luxury apartments with a further 12 being built above. ON-X have secured the complete electrical package, including new incoming mains, sub-mains into apartments, video entry system, fire alarm, full design & installation within the apartments, including electric heating and hot water as well as TV & data points throughout. Watch this space for updates as work progresses on site.

Complete remodelling including dividing up the open space into smaller offices, extra power and data throughout, rewiring & reconfiguring lighting and associated controls.

🔳 New project underway this week, Shot London, Knightsbridge. We are installing power, feature lighting, data, fire alarm, speaker system and CCTV. Keep an eye out for updated photos as this is going to be a very high spec finish.

Project completed this week - 64 North Row, Mayfair. New power & data throughout, install via Electrac floor boxes. This is the second floor we have completed in the same building within the last year.

A friend recommended us to the new owner of this sunbed shop as his electrician had let him down at the last minute, we got the call Wednesday, had labour and materials on site on Thursday and was complete by Saturday. This weekend we installed PIR sensors to the offices, staff areas and customer toilets to help save on rising electricity costs, we also installed timers connected to contactors to switch off none essential equipment during peak times. As a result we’ve now been asked to return to install PIR sensors to control the shop floor and warehouse areas, once this is complete they would like the same done in their other stores throughout London and the south east. We have worked for this client for over 25 years, not only did we take care of the original installation on most of the branches we have also carried out all alterations during store refurbishments over the years.

Always nice to hear from our customers - this is from a lovely couple who required a call out Sunday morning (24/9/23)

🔘 Upgrade to the emergency lighting at a job we carried out nearly 5 years ago in Hatton Garden. The new lights are far superior than the original fittings (installed by the building management prior to our installation). They now need 30% less fittings giving them better coverage throughout the 3 floors 🔘

⏺️ New 32amp air conditioning supply for our friends - complete with new BG IP65 consumer unit, including surge and RCD protection. This was a long run as the incoming supply was on the other side of the building to where the unit was going. We had to run our cable up the side of the building, through the loft space and down the other side. Our customer was very happy with how neat it looked as they didn’t actually want any cable on show, although this wasn’t possible we kept it to the back of the house and very neat.

This was 40m plus run in white 6mm FP200 (the customer didn’t want the standard black NYY cable we normally use). We managed to conceal most of it within the air conditioning external trunking, however, in the areas we couldn’t, great care was taken to keep the cable neat and discreet 🔘
