With the arrival of March and the Spring season, our thoughts might come around to spring-cleaning. As Kathy (peer trainer) states, ‘this is an ideal time to consider decluttering your home of excess stuff. Thinking about spring-cleaning and decluttering your home might feel overwhelming as there might be just so much to do. You can make things easier by breaking the jobs down into smaller, more achievable steps … that way, you feel a sense of accomplishment when a step is completed. It will also motivate you to get going with the next step in the process’.

For more tips on decluttering, come along to our session ‘Living Well With Decluttering / Hoarding Disorder’ which will be held online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday March 12th at 10am – 12.15pm.
