Some of our lovely team are moving on to focus on their studies, which gives you an opportunity to join us in serving some of the best coffee in Cheltenham, while keeping our customers smiling and coming back for more!

Our main purpose is simple: to serve delicious coffee of exceptional quality 👌🏻 Whether you’re looking for somewhere to savour a beautifully made coffee and slice of cake, or just needing a quick stop to refuel and catch your breath, we’ve got you covered. We’re situated in the heart of Cheltenham in The Suffolks (our name is the giveaway) - a stone’s throw from Montpellier Gardens and Bath Road, and a 10-15 minute walk away from the Promenade.

We are passionate about beautiful coffee (and cake!) and most importantly, establishing a great rapport and relationship with customers. For this reason, while previous experience as a barista, or in hospitality is desirable, it is certainly not essential - we can provide all the barista training you need in house and with our roaster.

We’re looking for our new baristas to work approximately 8-20 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and some shorter weekday shifts.
