I'm back from an absolutely mental 3 and a half days at Lakefest!! I *think* I did about 34 massages! As a group we worked really hard in such amazing weather.

My client on Friday morning booked herself a real treat and when it came through on my booking system, I did think, this might just be the perfect combination! I just think these are the cutest! Just remember to check which essential oils are safe to use around kids. Mandarin and lavender, for example, would be a great calming combo.

DOUBLE CLEANSE
I think this has become more popular lately, but there's still a lot of people that don't double cleanse.
The first cleanse should be a balm or oil to really cut through makeup, and the dirt and pollution build up from the day.
The second cleanse should be for your skin. This is where you would assess what skin type you have and use the right cleanser for that type. For example
Oily skin - facial wash
Dry skin - balm or cream cleanser
Acne prone - this one is a little more difficult as some cleansers may make it worse, but a salicylic acid cleanser or foaming cleanser are likely best.
Mature - cream cleanser.

Then you would go ahead with your toner, serum, moisturiser, spf, etc, depending on the time of day.

But definitely DOUBLE CLEANSE, and you will notice a difference.
