Again, I was called out to this one because of a leaking shower. The customer wanted to relocate the shower valve, have a bigger shower tray, and generally make better use of the space. All tiling again was completed by Dave Prestige Bathrooms and Kitchens Limited ( I wouldn't trust anyone else!!) His tiling is TOP CLASS 👌 👏.

Another recently refurbished ensuite. I was originally called out to a leak on a concealed pipe behind the shower wall...... after discussing with the customer, it was decided that we would complete a full refurbishment, with one request from the customer - to try and create a little more space.
Fully stripped room including all unnecessary boxing in, pipework concealed within the studwork walls, all tiling completed by Dave bathrooms and kitchens, new suite, vanity unit, heated towel rail and fittings materials all supplied by Chester. Been back recently to replace the rest of the standard new build radiators with these swanky anthracite column radiators, sourced by the customer from 🔥😎
Concealing the pipework in the wall helps to improve the aesthetics.....no one wants ugly white plastic pipes peeking out from behind the new radiators 👍👌

I was originally called out to replace a leaking cylinder on this one, whist replacing it the customer asked if I could flush the system too as radiator performance was very poor.....no wonder really when you have 8 radiators on 8mm circs 😱😱🙈🙈......it was decided that a full upgrade was required.....all pipework in 22mm & 15mm copper, all pipework drops chased in, new radiators and a full revamp of the airing cupboard too 👍👌

The customers boiler manufacturer wouldn't honour their warranty untill the system was cleaned/flushed to remove any sludge/debris, although the water sample i took was clear!!......step up the dream team !👌👌.......system predosed with X800 in conjunction with Magnacleanse and Vibaclean, and then fully inhibited with X100.....really impressed with the results 👏 ✔️
