No Deposit Needed! 🚫🏡 That’s right… You read it right.

Skipton Building Society have proudly announced that they are now offering first-time buyers a 100% mortgage which in turn means you will not require a deposit to become a homeowner. This is excellent news for first-time buyers who are struggling to save for a deposit. Let’s hope this sets the trend for other mortgage lenders to follow!

▪️ You must be aged 21 or over.

▪️ The same people who are renting now (and have been for the last 12 months) must be the same people on the mortgage.
