A reminder that our Meal Tickets have an expiration date on them that may well run out this November. So have a dig around in your wallet, old jeans pockets and those winter coats we’ve dusted off from the wardrobe and find yours! Some expire very soon, so not many more ‘Mondays to Thursdays’ to redeem them.

Last night we paired with Salford Rum for a tasting experience in our Private Dining Room where we sampled 6 rums (one that is yet to be released) paired beautifully with nibbles from our menu! As the weather changes and we’re grabbing our coats from the wardrobe we feel like it’s time to introduce new autumnal dishes to our menu!
Here we have Teriyaki braised beef feather, shiitake mushrooms, soba noodles, pak Choi, pickled ginger, sesame and lime

Join us on the evening of Friday 11th October with the Salford Rum Company to divulge into the history of rum and spices through Salford Docks. There will be 6 rums to try, from traditional spiced to a coffee rum paired alongside nibbles from our kitchen.
Tickets are £30 each and the event will start from 6pm. As the darker nights are drawing in quickly, warm yourselves with the spices from each rum.
