After a week off for last weekends Challenge Cup final, the Gladiators are back in action as we travel over to take on Langworthy in our rescheduled round 6 game.

All of us at Chester Gladiators are devastated to hear of the passing of Rob Burrow.

Our condolences go out to Rob's family and friends.

It is with deep sadness that the club can confirm that former player Rob Burrow CBE has passed away, aged 41.

Change of venue for tonight's session due to a waterlogged pitch at the Cheshire.

Training will now take place at Chester RUFC, Hare Lane, CH3 7DB @ 7PM.

Tough day at the office against a well drilled Haydock team.

We dust ourselves off and go again next week.

We want to wish a massive good luck to current Masters player, Martin Turner, as he takes on the London Marathon on Sunday.

Despite being able bodied, Martin will be doing this in a wheelchair. Martin started playing wheelchair rugby for North Wales Crusaders last summer, and when Save the Rhino asked for volunteers to wheel themselves in a bespoke Rhino wheelchair, Martin being the guy he is, stepped up to take on the challenge!

Any support you can give him would be greatly appreciated and help spur him on through the course.
