I enjoyed this delicious spread of Greek meze a few weeks ago now with Sian from ☺️
This meze was more than just incredible flavours - it was full of wholesome, nutritious ingredients brought together through centuries-old traditions.
🫘 butter beans are a protein-packed powerhouse which provides you with a essential amino acids & fibre to fuel your body & keep you fuller for longer!
🥣 hummus is traditionally made with chickpeas - another fantastic source of plant-based protein & with the addition of olive oil, healthy fats too.
🫑 throw in a selection of colourful vegetables to accompany it & you’ve got a whole range of vitamins & minerals needed to support good health.
We also had some stuffed vine leaves on there & of course cheese!

As much as we will miss you all, our annual break is very much needed for both us and our staff members, that we consider family as well. Quality time with friends and family is always the best way to charge batteries and come back to our lovely customers and what we call our “kid” ⛵️💙🇬🇷
