Hi guys
Chichester bonsai is about to enter 2023. Thursday 9th February is our first meeting of the year, enrolment and workshop. We were well prepared website updated for complete year meetings and speakers, but unfortunately BT Domain names have taken the website down. Problem is renewal due in December, no reminder as is usual with BT so don’t know cost or where to pay.website says it doesn’t recognise password, reset password says unavailable and ticket issued!! no telephone option and no one comes back to you .Twice now managed to talk to a BT human who have sent me links to sort problem out. Both times the links take me back to the login that doesn’t work. So please accept my apologies for lack of info and website and I will continue to try and resolve problem.

18/06/2021

Hi all
After my enthusiastic post on the 9th June announcing the start of Chichester bonsai club meetings on the 8th of July, I regretfully have to inform you that due to the latest government delay in opening up new avenues the 8th of July is now cancelled. Hopefully August will be better, keep safe and hope to see you all as soon as rules allow.

09/06/2021

After what seems to be a very long lockdown the Bonsai world is slowly coming out of hibernation. We at Chichester are holding our first meeting of the 8th July. Hopefully we will see many of our existing members together with some new joiners.
No specific format has been arranged, just meet up again and decide how we would like our club run in the future. There will be a tree of the month competition (acers). Also bring along any tree for a critique that you need help with or are worried about.

04/05/2021

High everybody, what a difficult time for bonsai careers with temperatures dropping 10-15 degrees overnight many trees are finding it difficult to survive let alone look beautiful as their leaves and blossom try to flourish. This small crabapple, only 20cm tall has still managed to look good. Not sure of age but been in my possession for 15 years and was well established when purchased. Looks like , fingers crossed, we will be able to meet up again as a club soon.
Stay safe
