More about our services:

Standard Trim and Insulate:
The van is completely stripped of interior exposing all metal work. It is then cleaned and degreased ready for Hi temp glue to be applied to roof and sides. Self-adhesive foil backed foam insulation is stuck in place and then the carpet is worked into place covering all internal bodywork. New 6mm ply panels are cut and finished in carpet. The roof lining will consist of the original panels being modified to have OEM lights positioned centrally then carpeted and Four LED lights installed on a separate switch.

Luxe Interior Finish:
Take your bus to the next level. We can replace all the carpet with suede and mix it up with similar or contrasting colours. The headlining can be installed in one piece with no visible fixings. Finishing the front cab headlining and A and B pillars in the same material as the rear roof lining completes the look and makes a huge difference to appearance

Pop Top Roof:
Simply Surf Bus is an approved agent for HiLo Roofs and has carried out installations into brand new Vans/Kombi’s and Caravelle’s.
The Caravelle being the most difficult as we use the original rear headlining and keep all your factory interior panels. Making it even better we trim the bed platform in a material that looks almost identical to the original headlining, making the Hilo roof installation fit seamlessly with the interior. Simply colour code the HiLo roof skin and you’ll never know the bus has a pop-top installed. The new roof skin sits around 10mm taller than factory when locked down but will then stand almost double the height of most budget pop-top roofs when fully opened! The colour range for HiLo canvas is very large so you can really bespoke build your bus. Its frame structure is strong enough that you can run roof bars and carry weight on them. Opting for the Scenic feature is a must - you’ll never grow tired of being able to sit up on the bed platform and watch the sunset or layback, gazing at the stars with the rest of the family. It really adds a whole new dimension to your camping experience.

Seating:
If you want to change your seat configuration or are turning your van into a Kombi or Caravelle, there are so many options available. As a company standard we only fit and use OEM seats/belts and fixtures.
Swivel seat bases can be installed to both single captain seats and 2+1 upfront, an ideal upgrade for your bus whether it be a campervan or not.
If you want to create a truly bespoke van, Leather/Alcantra re trimming is available with many design and colour options to choose from. Coloured seat belts are also available which is a nice finishing touch.
The only non-genuine seat we will fit is the range from Smart Beds. The fixed position comes in either full width or 3/4 width. The sliding rail bed is only available in 3/4 width. Both versions come with seat belts and are M1 crash tested. Upholstery is also available in multiple options.

In Car Entertainment:
Upgrade the experience and enjoyment of your drive by installing DAB/ Bluetooth and Sat Nav.
If you like music and appreciate sound quality we can upgrade your factory speakers to your requested brand or advise you which way to go depending on your budget. For a richer surround sound extra speakers in the rear can also be added.

Fed up of the kids moaning that they're bored, how about a roof mounted DVD player with headphones or screens in Headrests?

Exterior Styling.
A good place to start is getting the right ride height for your bus.

We have a few suspension lowering options to choose from.
1. Lowering Springs: We only fit H&R, a top German brand who make springs for almost every car on the market and also make springs for car brands to be fitted as factory spec. Choose either 40mm or 50mm drop.
2. Coilovers: Allowing you to adjust the height of drop between 30mm-100mm. We fit Bilstein B14’s, another top brand in the suspension market.
3. Air Ride: Lower and raise the ride height of your van by the flick of a switch or the press of a button from your smart phone.

Bolt on goodies: Side bars, roof bars, spoilers and splitters. These items can easily transform the style of your bus to give a more sporty and/or classy look. Sidebars and roof bars are available in a Chrome or Black finish. Spoilers and splitters are a PU product being both light/strong and paintable. Sportline front clips are available for both T5 & T6, we can also supply and fit ABT styling kits.

Alloy wheels: A must if you're looking to make a massive difference to the appearance of your bus. We can supply and fit many designs that you may have already seen but we’ll also try and find you something a bit more unique.
All of the vans that we build to sell run 20” wheels, and run the correct tyre sizes.
