It didn't take us long to cut back the overgrown vegetation so that people could see there's a bin here. Now people can use it again!

Good to meet up with the neighbourhood Police & PCSOs in Highwoods last night. Residents talking about anti-social behaviour in the area.

Good clean up of this sign. Realised it's in a shady spot so the moss & dirt built up - what a difference!. As ever, good teamwork with Councillor Jocelyn Law & the Highwoods Labour Team.

Action against littering in the Colchester area is now being enforced & fines will be issues. As someone who always puts all my litter in my pocket or in my bag, often to recycle at home I welcome this. Please note the times of enforcement 1-11pm on Fridays & Saturdays that looks a good time to be working.

Good to be out talking to residents & catching up on jobs around the ward. This footpath was shocking, very overgrown and a real danger if a cyclist and pedestrian collided by this busy road. Now, that looks a lot better!
