Good progress on Weeley Veterinary Centre. First fix is now complete, plaster-boarded and plastering is underway!

A lovely rear extension we’ve just completed to form Kitchen/Diner. Crittal style doors with vertical cedar cladding and Monocouche render makes for a nice contemporary finish

We’ve not posted for a while as it’s been rather manic…but we will continue to update you with our latest projects. Here’s some finished photos from a recent completed extension in Great Tey

New Project: Our latest project in Elmstead Market is being started this week. Over the coming months will be constructing multiple rear extensions, Oak Porch, Oak Loggia, Replacement windows, HardiPlank Cladding, internal alterations including new en-suites, kitchen and other refurbishments.

A crane can only mean one thing...it’s steel fitting day!

Our Great Bentley project is nearly ready for the roof carpentry to be installed next week. It’s a single storey side extension with sitting room, utility room and shower room. An unusual shape but making the most of the space available!

Another Brightlingsea project making good progress. A rear Kitchen/Diner extension and side extension to create an entrance hall, utility room and bathroom. Just waiting on the windows now 🙄

One of our Brightlingsea projects very close to completion. A Rear extension with new kitchen, internal alteration for open-plan living and side extension with additional bedroom, hallway and bathroom

Due to increased work load and business expansion, we’re looking at recruiting the following positions on a full time basis:

✅ Carpenter
✅ General/Semi-skilled Labourer
✅ Working Foreman

Must have own transport, tools and be registered self employed. All work is Clacton, Colchester and surrounding areas. Guaranteed work for at least 12 months. Competitive day rate depending on experience and price work continually available.

Roof and internal walls this week!

A few weeks in to our Gosbecks Road project - We’ve built the shell of a link extension between the garage and existing property, extended the roof joist over the entrance door and installed Hardiplank on the garage and dormer window. Now on to the inside!

Roof carpentry finished at one of our Brightlingsea projects. This week the gables will be bricked up, roof lights will be fitted and tiles installed!

Fibreglass roof covering completed on our Great Tey project this week, now for the coping stones on the parapet wall and roof lanterns

The foundations and oversite are complete and ready for the bricklayers at our Brightlingsea project. This will be and extension to the kitchen (rear), bedroom and bathroom (side)

Piling began this week on a single bedroom dwelling which will be an Annexe to the main property. We were appointed as the main contractor from the beginning and assisted the customer with design, planning and party wall agreement
