This particular HMO was intended for the social housing market. But as always a great spec & finish from the Aspire team.

Completion day on our latest purchase!! Moorside Colchester. A commercial building on the out skirts of the City Centre

After 5 long months we now have the keys to this characterful commercial building.

Full internal & external refurbishment due to take place over the coming weeks by the Aspire team.

The current commercial layout consists of a ground floor restaurant / kitchen area and 1st floor offices.

Prior to the purchase of Moorside we obtained planning permission to change the use of the 1st floor from commercial use to a domestic dwelling.
