We were breaking new grounds at Stagetext today by live subtitling the inauguration of Colchester City Council 191st Mayor, Councillor Lesley Scott-Boutell. As someone who is partially deaf herself, Lesley advocated for this event to be accessible to raise awareness and break down barriers.
