George Clark won the Club Championship Nett Salver with a superb score of 58! 2nd place went to Fraser Northover with a nett 64 with Leigh Jessiman in 3rd with a 66.

The pairing of Alan & Jeremy Bacon took the spoils in the first of our Festival of Golf events with a superb 49 pts! Stephen Cullis & Andy Totham took 2nd on countback from Simon Rowe & Sam Buxton with both pairs finishing on 45 pts. Mike Kettle & Brooke Holroyd won the countback for 4th with 44 pts.

Colchester Golf Club was pleased to host this first event, when 50 junior golfers from 19 clubs within Essex competed.

We were very proud that two of our own juniors came first in their respective groups, with George Clark winning the under 18’s Stableford with 38 points, and Maxi Bozier winning the under 14’s stableford scoring 42 points. Well done to all the juniors taking part
