NFU Mutual offices in Warwick, Henley-in-Arden, Stratford-upon-Avon and Pershore have joined forces to create a new agency, the largest NFU Mutual agency in the UK.

The new NFU Mutual Central-South Warwickshire & Pershore agency, is retaining the offices and staff in each of the towns, and is being run by local agents Danny James, Alison Price, Matt Welton, Jon Bird, Greg Wheatley and Rachael George.

For Managing Partner, Danny James, it’s an exciting time for the offices to be joining forces: “Our new, larger agency will develop its experienced teams and there will be further job opportunities to ensure we continue to provide a local, personal service for existing and new clients across a wider geographical region,” he said.

“We recognise that there is scope and expertise to work with more organisations, so we look forward to bringing the teams together to develop more relationships. It will enable us to extend our provision of high net worth and commercial insurance whilst still protecting our core farming clients.”

Today is World Mental Health Day!

At NFU Mutual Central Warwickshire we're reflecting on what we do well to support each other with our mental health and what can we improve.

It's great that we have mental health hours, where we chat over a cuppa & cakes away from our desks or have guest speakers attend our team meetings or goodies stocked in the office kitchen.

However, Mental Health is important everyday, as we care about our team members and we check in with each other throughout the week, not just on mental health awareness days. Helping everyone to feel comfortable to talk about what's going on for them and then we can support appropriately.

We're proud to have official Mental Health First Aiders, but at our Agency we're all responsible for caring for each other.

The UK Sepsis Trust is a Charity very close to our hearts as our Senior Partner, Danny James is in training for a cycle next year to raise much needed funds.

As our team continues to grow and we're all focused on our goals, it was great to have an afternoon away from the office.

Matt from Warwick Boats got us all working together to get the Dragon Boat moving faster each sprint, we enjoyed some fun games to show our competitive sides, there was plenty of laughing and we even had a chance to go on the pedalos too!

It is with deep sadness that NFU Mutual Central Warwickshire announce that Senior Partner Roger Campion passed away on 7th July 2022.

Roger was a well loved member of the rural community, with his dedication to fundraising for RABI and through his work as an NFU Mutual Agent for over 35 years. We're very proud of Roger's legacy, which remains the foundations of our incredible team today. Roger will be greatly missed by us all at NFU Mutual Central Warwickshire and many of our loyal customers and NFU Members.

Friends and Family of Roger are invited to celebrate his life on 3rd August 2022 at 12noon at St Peter's Church, Grandborough, Rugby, CV23 8DH. Afterwards will be at Willoughby Village Hall.

Today we meet our Customer Service Advisors - Hannah Morgan & Kelly Reading

Hannah joined NFU Mutual Central Warwickshire in March 2021 and has become an integral part of our Agency team, with the exceptional customer service Hannah provides.

Hannah said "I really enjoy my CSA Role as I speak with so many of our customers and assist with their queries. Plus it's a great Agency to work at as the team are fun, supportive, sociable and always encouraging."

Kelly recently joined the Agency in April 2022 and is enjoying her new role as a Customer Service Advisor.

Kelly said "The team have been very welcoming and helped me to settle into my new role. I'm excited to be answering calls and getting to know our customers."

Whilst we've been in our new office for a few weeks now, it was lovely to have an official office opening yesterday! 🥂 🍰

NFU Mutual Central Warwickshire team enjoyed showing some of our customers, our colleagues from NFU Mutual Head Office and Members of the NFU our new open plan workspaces and excellent meeting rooms, which they're also welcome to use. 🏢

We thanked Kylie Robson-Lee for all her support to make this move happen and wished her luck in her new role at NFU Mutual HQ! 👏
