Back to bright and colourful....A Digital/electronic piece of artwork....... as I've recently created a Highland cow, then why not a Giraffe...

Just completed this artwork...out of my comfort zone, i wanted to create a bygone age of steam and iron and dirt and rust and nostalgia...did not imagine the extreme amount of hours working on this...a complex piece of art with a great deal of detail...although i havent logged my hours, it must be in excess of 100 hours to achieve what i have eventually posted...it was a couple of hours then leave it alone, then to go back and do a few more, etc, etc....until complete.
A digital piece of work i am now happy with...

This one created as digital art and makes a change from my recent portraits...
I like the black background which I feel enhanced the artwork....
Didn't want a photo realistic version, but to create with colour and flow of the pen to achieve a representation....

Rather than my face portraits, that's been my recent work, i thought i would create something a bit different...i was talking with some friends about iconic moments and this came up in coversation.....i remember this at the time....

Looking for a pop star thats very popular at this moment and thought of Miley Cyrus...looked at many pictures of her with different hair styes and looks but liked this on....

Created digitally using my drawingpainting sketchbook app...creating the subtle tones, shades, coloures to get a good likeness...im very happy with the finished artwork.....

Could not help creating this piece of artwork of one of my favourite actors and super icon, Clint Eastwood...
As with my recent artwork, this has been created as an electronic digital piece on my tablet, using the Sketchbook app....particularly liked this one of Clint, with the ageing features, including wrinkles, shading, tones & age lines....
Love Clint wearing a cowboy hat.....

I came across this beautiful women having been previously painted with a old street backdrop...not sure if this lady is famous, but just had to to create a digital rendition in my style...
Altered the background with alternative shading, hair colour & tones.......

Very pleased with the outcome....

Someone I know is infatuated with Elvis and at somepoint is intending to get married in Los Vegas...
So here we have Elvis with the Graceland wedding chapel in the background...

Now heres a good old mashup that ive done as a commission for a yound lady with opposite s*x children...one likes Peppa Pig and the Stitch & the young boy likes the Hulk and Spiderman...
I was asked if i coild put the 4 characters together on one picture...so here you have it...
Peppa Pig jumping in muddy puddles, holding the Hulks hand, whilst he grabs a police helicopter out of the sky with his other hand, with the Stitch bouncing up and down on a trampoline whilst Spiderman has come down from the high rise buildings to shoot his web at a villian....

Something a bit different...

Just completed this sports portrait of a very famous snooker star, Steven Henry.
Have created several pencil portraits of snooker players previously. So, I decided whilst going through my digital electronic art phase, that i would create another snooker player icon....
