Sooo I've been away from posting for a while purely on the basis that I absolutely ruined my left wrist trying to 100kg axle c+p on this attempt πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ (pre-existing injury made worse lol) - Thought this was worth posting as a gentle reminder that it can be so annoying when you don't hit the numbers you want or get injured but it's a good opportunity to swap your training up and focus on weaknesses rather than sit at home in a strop for 6 weeks πŸ‘€πŸ‘€πŸ‘€ Just getting back to normal now so will be getting back to this soon!
