Sooo I've been away from posting for a while purely on the basis that I absolutely ruined my left wrist trying to 100kg axle c+p on this attempt ππ (pre-existing injury made worse lol) - Thought this was worth posting as a gentle reminder that it can be so annoying when you don't hit the numbers you want or get injured but it's a good opportunity to swap your training up and focus on weaknesses rather than sit at home in a strop for 6 weeks πππ Just getting back to normal now so will be getting back to this soon!
My annual picture round up has returned for 2020! I think we can all agree it's been a strange year for everyone but despite it all I've had an excellent time and have had the most fun I could of had with restrictions in mind ππ Thankyou to all my friends, family and clients for all of your support this year, I couldn't do what I do without you! Not one to do posts like this but with today being the last day of 2019 I just wanted to take this time to look back on an incredible year and say thanks to those who have took the time to support me over the past 12 months! I have been trying to mix in some form of HIIT with my Heavy Event Training 3 times per week and this 7th circuit workout is something I have come up with recently and it kicks my arse every time π€£π€£ Apologies for the slowly rising shirt π§ Iβm averaging 90 seconds a round over the workout, let me know if you try this and can do it any faster ππ»
So Iβm back from New York π and finally escaping jet lag π which means Iβm back on comp prep for December! Hereβs me pulling what felt an easy 225kg/500lb trap bar deadlift before I went walkabouts ππ»π¦βοΈ
