Welcome to all our new followers!! Today we stopped by one of our ongoing new builds in rural Co Armagh. This one is rapidly closing in on completion and should be ready fairly soon. We think it looks fantastic in the autumn sunshine!!

Sunderland project sneak peak! Completion drawing ever closer!

☀️☀️There’s something about that golden hour glow that makes us feel a little sweeter.🍷

🍹 So, today we’re treating you to an extra special sneak peak from one of our bars 👀

A more traditional design we worked on earlier this year. A generously proportioned Georgian style bungalow on an infill site in rural County Down.

Wont be long till opening time, you may remember we shared early progress pictures of a project we worked on in Sunderland. Here it is in its new clothes. We think its looks fantastic and much more in keeping with the historic fabric of Sunderland City centre.

I'm going to be posting more updates again, very soon! I just needed to look after my mental health and I'm doing much better.

I'm also going to be doing some new types of posts. It's great seeing the city go through positive changes, lots of new buildings and venues, but it's also worth getting to know the people who help make Sunderland a more vibrant city, be it artists, writers, small business owners and musicians. We can do more as a city to make everyone feel included in what is happening and these are the people who can help inspire.

But of course, with so much building work and cranes towering over the city, I can't wait to get back to photographing and documenting it all for you.

We are delighted to present some design material for our first contemporary home of 2024. The site sits in a secluded location deep in the Mourne Mountains of Co Down. This site enjoys a spectacular 220 degree panoramic view of Slieve Binnian, surrounding foothills and the Irish Sea in the distance. Set well back off the road this will be a breathtaking private residence that is designed to embrace and capitalise on the views , location, topography and orientation. Work begins at Enniskillen retail development

With construction finally underway at the new multi-million pound Lakelands Retail and Leisure Park, excitement is building throughout the town and the county for what’s to come on the Cornagrade Road.

Some fantastic progress at the Lakelands Retail Park. You might remember sporadic posts about this over the last while. Now however its all systems go! Stay tuned for further updates as we go. Happy friday!!

Work well under way at Enniskillen retail development - The Fermanagh Herald Work on the new Lakelands Retail and Leisure Park is now progressing at pace in Enniskillen, with workers on site now beginning the actual building construction side of the development.

A selection of cgi images for a remodelling project that is currently in design development, an extension and significant internal structural alterations will be required to bring this 1960s bungalow into the 21st century. A contemporary open plan kitchen, living, dining space with plenty of natural light is the main aspiration of this project. Stay tuned to see how it develops.

Afternoon folks, you may remember we shared some progress pictures of this scheme in Sunderland a while back, not long after the nasty grey cladding was removed. Easter outing part 2 , the second site visit today was to Cloncore road. This one is edging towards completion, we cant wait to see it finished off!!
