I asked her age🫢… guess what happened?
Our lovely Elizabeth has been a vibrant edition to our community. Usually swaying towards a park run, the weight lifting room was far from her vision.
After completing our 6 week challenge, Elizabeth signed up to become a regular member, attending three times per week and shaving off time on her park run.
Now before you think we are rude asking a lady her age, Elizabeth made comment that she was the oldest lady in the gym. To her surprise, she’s not!
