Meet Oscar the Springer Spaniel! He came to visit our lounge recently on his 5th Birthday to celebrate 🥳

As you can see by his cheesy smile, Oscar had a fab time visiting us at the lounge 😁

Ben is our Head Chef here at Coltello Lounge, and loves what he does! 🍳 His favourite part of his job is inspiring the next generation of chefs 👨🏼‍🍳

Ben loves watching films in his spare time, especially Disney 🎥 He enjoys to make Asian style food when at home and his favourite dish to make at the lounge is the Nasi Goreng 😋

Layla is one of our Supervisors and is behind all things community and social media! 💻

She has worked at Coltello since our opening day and her favourite part of the job is socialising with both our team and customers 🫶🏻

Fun Fact: Layla is a 3rd Dan Blackbelt in kickboxing and won in the World Championships in 2017 🥊

Brandon | Chef 👨🏼‍🍳

Brandon has recently joined our team as a Chef at Coltello as he was keen to learn a new skill 🙌🏻 You’ll find his smiling face cooking up your dishes through the kitchen pass 😁

His favourite part of the job is working as part of the team at our lounge🫶🏻

Fun Fact: Brandon also works as a fireman alongside working as a Chef 👨‍🚒 🔥
