A great date for the diary.
Well done Crawley Labour Women's Group.
Under the leadership of the wonderful Dawn Corrie for the past two years, you have made a real difference to so many good people in Crawley. 👏 👏 👏 👏
Things ae still tough - with school holidays approaching fast, here's some useful information.
Don't believe everything you read. This matters too much.
This absolutely terrible injustice was visited on families of the Windrush generation as a direct result of then Home Secretary, Theresa May’s decisions.
In striving to create what she called a hostile environment, she chose to ignor the advice of her civil servants that what became the Windrush Scandal was a likely consequence.
Disgusting politics.
Whenever you hear Tories repeating things like a mantra, you know they are desperate to make their line stick.
They have presided over the highest levels of taxation for 70 years, and when the right wing Spectator magazine applied the same formula to Tory policy, the tax rise was £3k not £2k. But both figures are rubbish.
Happy Eid to all my Muslim friends.
The lies and dishonesty that have been an evident part of local campaigning on the most sensitive and painful subject of Gaza, have been deplorable.
It's one thing to talk politics, but Crawley's Labour Candidate, Peter Lamb has had a clear position on Palestine for years.
Anneliese Dodds joined our Crawley campaign team today. Even the rain doesn't stop us meeting our residents. But hope that it stops soon....
A metaphor for Conservatism 2024.
Say one thing and do the precise opposite.
Just shocking.
School cuts in Crawley Source: Schools in Crawley are amongst the 92% set to receive less funding next year, according to research by ‘Stop School Cuts’. A mere two schools in Crawley will avoid a funding cut…
Sunak visited Crawley this morning and talked about crime!
They really have got some brass neck.
Another day, another canvass.
VERY Tory area - lots of 'not voting Tory' even if they're not yet for us which is great, but also significant and surprising number of clear Labour.
I mean, genuinely, this is a competition, what is better today than it was in 2010?
Just name one thing.
And here we are again. Staggeringly good responses in a normally very Tory part of Pound Hill this morning.
38 days to go.
I mean, it's day three and this....
He'll never make 6 weeks.
Such a privilege to have supported the amazing Easter Team Food Bank for the past 18 months. They do such great work.
A good turnout at Horsham District Council tonight to protest their imposition of 3,000 homes right up to Crawley's border.
Don't ever think he cares about you.
The Children and Young People's Services Scrutiny Committee met on Wednesday to look at the West Sussex SEND recovery strategy which seeks to address the very many unacceptable performance indicators serving children with Special Education Needs and Disability.
We are failing children in West Sussex right now, and the inspection is underway, but when the Vice Chair of this committee says he thinks this will be a "bloody damning report", we know we are in trouble.
If you are involved as a student, parent, carer or professional with supporting a young person with SEND in West Sussex - please feed your views into the Ofsted Inspectors. You only have until Tuesday at 9am to do so - make sure your voice is heard.

The next Labour Government is committed to breaking down barries to opportunity.
Crawley has the lowest social mobility in the entire South East, amongst the very worst of the entire country, meaning that here more than almost anywhere else your future is determined by the fortunes of your parents.
Labour will shatter the class ceiling, starting by recruiting 6,500 new teachers and driving up standards in schools, giving the next generation of our community's children the chance to shine on their own merits.
Great canvassing session in Ifield this evening with the wonderful Beni, our new Labour Candidate in the May elections.
Good responses on the door step too.
