Getting out for a walk can do wonders for our mental health.
Yesterday, we had a lovely send-off for our Stevie. We wish her all the best as she goes on her merternity leave, and we will be counting down the days tell she gets back!
Wednesday skills and social club having an activity afternoon at the base. Board games, quizzes, pool, and colouring enjoyed by all.

Kevin enjoyed a trip to the , South Kensington. He particularly liked learning about the history of Indian subcontinent. He also quite liked the stained glass gallery. Kevin was keen to go to Blackfriars Station to get a good view of some of the landmarks along the Thames at the end of his trip.

This week at the Social and Skills Club. We read through Mencap easy read on how to vote.
Then we did a show and tell on our favourite books and started writing our own story, a who dun it. Dun dun dun!

This week at circles skills and social club, we have been working on preparing our presentation and increasing our IT skills.
Wishing everyone a happy and positive mental health awareness week! Things can be very stressful at times it is important to keep on top of your mental health. π
Well done, everyone who has just completed our 16-week barcleys life skills course. We have learned many things from improving budgeting to boosting our confidence. Circle's network is so proud of all your hard work. Thank you to Barclays UK for providing the course.
