Can you spare just five minutes to help shape the future of PTSD and C-PTSD treatments?
Deadline midnight 31 May 2024 👇👇
✨ Can you spare just five minutes to help shape the future of PTSD and C-PTSD treatments?
Our survey on body-centered approaches to PTSD and C-PTSD, created in partnership with The Minded Institute is still open. This is the first research of its kind, and we need your input!
Our goal is to spread the word about the importance of body-centred therapies (also known as somatic therapies) in treating PTSD and C-PTSD. These approaches recognise that our bodies hold onto the stress and trauma, not just our minds. By focusing on the physical symptoms as well as thoughts and emotions, we can better understand how therapies like yoga can help manage PTSD and C-PTSD symptoms.
Your answers will help us improve future treatment options and ensure everyone gets the support they need. Your responses are completely anonymous and secure, and you can skip any questions you’re not comfortable with.
The survey takes just about 5 minutes, and the deadline is midnight on May 31st. Please take a moment to share your experiences via this link: https://us21.list-manage.com/survey?u=0eea63c12fdc903ea23880da3&id=105dd9a21a&attribution=false
Thank you for your support and for helping us make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by PTSD and C-PTSD.
