Adding warmth
When I designed our kitchen, I didnt want it to feel cold with white tiled floor and light grey units so we added warmth through wood accents, the integrated shelves, dining table and bar stools 🤎🌿
Other ways you can add warmth include: adding texture, warm coloured decor pieces and plants.
Texture could be panelling, exposed brick, or simply just texture on the furniture pieces, such as ridges, rattan or tassels. 🙂

Sleeperz hotel - Dundee
Myself and hubby had a well deserved night away yesterday, just down the road in Dundee 🙂

It always takes me ages to choose a hotel and this time I went with the very modern sleeperz hotel. Not my usual style. I really liked the huge windows and sleek design in the bathroom, the bathroom design was done well to make the most of the space, just look at that shower 😍

I love the wooden style but the William Morris blind is to die for 🌿😍
The black accent on the wooden blind ties in with our furniture and fireplace but the William Morris blind looks great with my wallpaper/paint choice.

Ive had some new followers recently so thought I’d introduce myself and my small business again 🙂

I am Kayleigh, I’m 37, married to Krys and we have two children, our daughter is 7 and our Son is 3.
We have lived in Fife, Scotland for 9 years now after relocating from the south coast.

Both myself and Krys are passionate about property and after renovating our own house, we also renovated the two flats next door. this was so amazing, as they were not only out-dated but falling into disrepair, now they both have a new lease of life and very happy new owners.

I have experience in project managing all trades such as plastering, joinery, painting, internal wall insulation, kitchens, bathrooms and groundwork’s, to name a few.

I realised that I love Property and interiors so much, I wanted to make it my work aswell, so I did an Interior Design course and worked as a viewing agent until recently.

WHO WOULD LOVE THIS?
The groove detail throughout the sofa, chairs and coffee table really pull it together and add some texture.

We are going to be re-decorating our own lounge/snug soon as we recently had some Internal wall insulation work completed.
