Monday I say goodbye to the most beautiful person I know, she has been my absolute rock. She is the person who makes no judgement and only sees the best in us. She adores my children and has been a shining star in their lives.

This is where my baking journey began 😊 on my Nan's kitchen floor with a bowl and spoon. 😋 she always let me lick the bowl too! It's ok, I don't bake on the floor anymore 😀

🌞 Our Summer Fair is this Saturday the 22nd June between 11am and 3pm. There will be many amazing things to do including shopping with our local regular stall holders, watching local performances (Dance Act Theatre School, The Academy ANS (Irish dancing)), there will be 3 large inflatables with an option to purchase a unlimited use wristband, fantastic raffle prizes including dance lesson vouchers, spa day for 2, indoor sky diving, game stalls, food and a bar, Second Chance will come with rescue animals, fire engine 🚒 to show off, police car and dogs and much much more!! It will be BIG and exciting! 🌞

So this year's husband cake 😁 was made by my daughter instead! OK with a little help she poured, mixed, spread and placed all the different ingredients to make this chocolate gateau 😋 she promises she didn't eat any or lick her fingers if they 'accidently' went into the cream 🤪 I'm not sure myself 🤔😆
