You will begin your week-long training, where you will learn a lot about customer service, telephone answering, how to use our internal system, and about our clients.

We are back for year 3 of Daventry's biggest and best music festival, brought to you by LD Events Ltd & Juice Sound Ltd

Kicking off the weekend early, from 5pm on Friday 26th July, get your dancing shoes on as Darren James spins the club classics and dance tunes, with amazing 90s dance covers band Let's Dance 90's in support before the epic Jilted Generation - The Prodigy Tribute Band take to the stage for what will be no doubt an absolute banger of a show. Role of a Call Coordinator:
● Handling a high volume of inbound/outbound phone calls
● Handling online bookings/pre-bookings and managing a chat forum
● Answering calls from the police, youth offending teams and other contracts and document their requirements
● Entering all essential information into our systems in an accurate and timely manner
● On receipt of the call, find available workers to dispatch to the call out
● Facilitate the coordination of workers nationally to attend the requested location
● Always ensure the highest standard of customer service at all times

Applicant Requirements:
● Successful applicants demonstrate high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a demanding service.
● We need individuals with the drive and passion to make a difference in peoples’ lives and the personal resilience to work in a high-pressured environment.
● Good overall IT skills, especially using Outlook, Excel and Web Applications.
● You will need to be able to work well within a team and independently, have fast/accurate typing skills and have a good standard of education or equivalent experience.
● This role is suited to people who remain calm under pressure, are good at problem-solving, and have excellent interpersonal skills, with an empathetic nature.
