It’s been a busy week this week, Monday was a write off thanks to the lurgy 🤢 thanks for picking up my workload! 😇

Tuesday was content planning, blog scheduling and client summaries.

Wednesday was social media proposal follow up, blog writing and content scheduling.

Thursday is always a crazy one; PT session, Live Lunch, sales calls and diary management. I also had the loveliest call with an ex client who’s struggling with workload and overwhelm and we’ve arranged a virtual coffee morning next week to chat about what we can do to take the pressure off.

Friday’s are all about publishing blogs, YouTube updates and prepping for next week.

Friday’s are also about coffee. Lots of coffee ☕️
